These Terms of Service govern your use of Dividend Snowball, a web-based dividend reinvestment calculator and portfolio tracker (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Educational use only

Dividend Snowball is an educational tool. It is not investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Projections are estimates based on assumptions you provide, not predictions of future results. Dividends can be cut, returns vary, and past dividend raises do not guarantee future ones.

Your account

You may use the Snowball calculator and Learn lessons without creating an account. To save scenarios, track holdings, or use Premium features, you create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

Free and Premium plans

A free tier is available indefinitely and includes the Snowball calculator, all Learn lessons, unlimited manually-entered holdings, the portfolio summary, and data export. Premium is available for $49/year or $5.99/month and includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required to start. You can cancel anytime from Settings.

No brokerage connection

The Service never connects to your brokerage account. You enter holdings manually by ticker and share count. The Service does not execute trades or move money.

Your data

Your holdings and portfolio values are never used for analytics. You can turn anonymous usage analytics off in Settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access data that is not yours, interfering with the Service's operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dividend Snowball is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its projections.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
