Refund Policy

Free trial

Dividend Snowball Premium includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged at all.

Premium pricing

After the trial, Premium is $49 per year or $5.99 per month, depending on the plan you choose. The annual plan saves about 32% versus paying monthly. The calculator, Learn lessons, and portfolio summary remain free forever, whether or not you subscribe to Premium.

Canceling anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. Canceling stops future billing. You keep access to Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your account reverts to the free tier.

Refunds

Because the trial requires no payment and the free tier remains available without a subscription, most users can avoid charges entirely by canceling before the trial ends. If you believe you were charged in error, or if circumstances warrant a refund, contact us at hello@dividend-snowball.com and we will review your request.

Annual plan refunds

For annual plans, if you contact us within a reasonable period after a renewal charge and have not used the Service significantly since the renewal, we will generally issue a prorated refund. Each request is reviewed individually.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
